Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for retail store activities to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper management of the products, oversee marketing, promotional and visual merchandising projects
• Uphold the company vision to attain an unrivalled customer experience and champion a customer-centric culture

Pre-requisites:
• Prefer candidates with designing skills and proficient in programmes like Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition
• Strong sense of responsibility with leadership qualities and a pro-active team player
• Good selling & customer service skills
• At least 2-3 years’ experience


Account Manager/Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and follow up on sales leads 
• Attain new business leads to achieve sales targets
• Retain existing and explore new clientele to meet customer needs
• Work with company production team to meet project deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
• Do market research and build client database
• Initiate new calls/ emails to generate interest with prospective customers
• Build strong relationship and expand sales opportunities with clients
• Assist in project evaluation and costing

Pre-requisites:
• Good selling & customer service skills
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to travel


Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• To establish inroad into new business account while penetrating deep into existing ones. 
• To create & develop compelling proposals for projects.
• To generate regular and timely sales forecasts and reports.
• To work in a team and with other departments in the company.

Pre-requisites:
• Confident in fulfilling the above job responsibilities.
• Highly motivated and highly results driven. 
• Excellent reporting writing skills.
• Has an outgoing personality and practice good time management.
• Has the ability to converse and present effectively to all the various levels in any organization.



Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to conceptual & perform creative design work.
• Perform layout & editing job on various platform (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, premier, Flash, Freehand etc).
• Preparation of final artwork for production.

Pre-requisites:
• Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant field.
• Ability to write and converse in both English & Mandarin liaise with Chinese customer.
